Delete or redirect to Metinvest: A subsidiary of a company which is itself under a holding company (SCM Holdings). No evidence of specific notability. While the listing at Metinvest#Metallurgy has less information on the company prior history, it is mundane and sourced only to the company webpage; redirecting seems enough.
