Why?
[edit]Public libraries provide important public services, and are likely to pass Wikipedia's notability criteria. Having a Wikipedia article about something makes sure that the established facts about that thing are collected and easy to find. Wikipedia articles are privileged in Google's search rankings, so making sure that a Wikipedia article is accurate and up to date means that Google can easily retrieve that information and people will find it when searching. Lots of libraries in London could have Wikipedia pages, but either do not, or they are not good quality. We can help to improve them!
