- Strong Delete. The user is apparently doing edit tests, which should be confined to the user's sandbox. I can't explain the rationale behind this, but I remember a few edits the user made in List of Jessie episodes earlier in the month, which corrupted tables [1][2][3]. I warned the user twice, one of those being for that last edit, and advised the user to use sandbox before submitting edits to the article namespace. The user appears to be in a bit of hot water, including being blocked for edit warring, but the discussion here is about the main page in the user's namespace, and to me, it's garbage. Get rid of it.
