Comment why does that matter? This isn't commons. If it falls below TOO for the United States, that's enough. Further, we shouldn't be deleting things because of Commons rules, since this is English Wikipedia, and not Commons. -- 70.24.249.39 (talk) 08:07, 23 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I should point out the logo will be included on an updated version of the college page as soon as I finish copyediting and adding references to it. The logo itself is very simple and I used that license for it as I thought it appropriate. If it is not, then please don't bite the user and as long as I'm notified, I'll happily add a rationale for non-free use. Rafmarham (talk) 23:52, 23 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

License is very unclear, {{FAL}} is mentioned, but seems to be a classic case of a "it's ok to use it on this one Wikipedia page" type permission. The "evidence" link just point to a Facebook wall page. Most likely just a unused non-free image, but decided to list here just in case a wider permission was given and the uploader was just unfamiliar with how to file it.
