Interface administrators have rights to edit both site-wide and user-specific JavaScript (.js) and Cascading Style Sheets (.css) pages, altering the look and behavior of the site for all users.
Applying for this right
Existing administrators can request interface admin rights by pinging a bureaucrat. A community discussion or vote is not required.
