2 COPYRIGHT LICENSE AGREEMENT

After consultation by the authors and Baishideng Publishing Group (Baishideng), the authors agree that if this manuscript is finally accepted for publication, the Copyright License Agreement will become effective immediately. 3 PUBLISHING FEE STATEMENT
