Fishing Hole Passes are items in Majora's Mask 3D.[1]

Uses and Location

Fishing Hole Passes can be used to fish for free in the Swamp and Ocean Fishing Holes.[2][3] They are awarded to Link by completing some minigames or sidequests a second time.[4][5][6] They replace the 50 Rupees awarded in Majora's Mask for completing a minigame, which is the cost of fishing in either of the Fishing Holes.[7][8] Link can hold up to 99 passes.
