abstract Compounds of formula $ (10,) $ where R is an aryl, an alkyl, a cycloalkyl, a phenyl, a cyclopenthyl, a cycloethyl, a binder containing Tc-99m in sequestered form or a binder capable of sequestering Tc-99m ; R1 is H or lower alkyl; X is in the ortho-, meta-or para- position, and is selected from the group consisting of 125I, 123I, 127I, I, 18F, 75Br, 77Br, NH2, and $ (5,) $ where R2 is in position 2,3 or 4 and is selected from the group consisting of H and lower alkyl, provided that when R is a binder capable of sequestering Tc-99m or containing Tc-99m in sequestered form, X is not a radio isotope and it can also be an H or lower alkyl; Z- is an anion or the free amine thereof and * denotes an asymmetric carbon atom.
