Disclosed is a novel arylalkylamine derivative represented by the formula (I)n wherein nX represents -O-, -CH₂- or -NR³- in which R³ represents hydrogen or lower alkyl;n Q represents an optionally substituted aryl or optionnally substituted aromatic heterocyclic group; neach of R¹ and R² independently represents hydrogen or lower alkyl; neach of m and n independently represent an integer of 0 or 1; and na pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. nThe Compound (I) and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof show bronchodilatory.and antiallergic activities, and are useful for treating respiratory disorders such as bronchial asthma. |
