abstract The device for creating a gaseous plasma comprises an electromagnetic wave generator connected to one end of a wave guide tube (2), a tube (3) respectively for the arrival and departure of gas opening into said wave guide tube (2).n n n At least one other tube (4), respectively for the arrival and departure of gas, opens into said wave guide tube (2) at a certain distance from the first tube (3) for arrival and departure of gas. In the end of the waveguide tube (2) opposite the generator is slidably mounted, a piston (6) making it possible to adjust the distance between said piston (6) and the alignment axis of said first (3) or other gas inlet and outlet tube (4). Means are provided for adjusting the distance between the axes of said first (3) and other tube (4) of gas arrival and departure.
