titleOfInvention | Paste composition, electronic component, ceramic green sheet, and method for producing multilayer ceramic substrate |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a paste composition which suppresses gelling and has excellent storage stability. SOLUTION: In a paste composition obtained by mixing an organic binder containing an organic polymer compound having an acidic functional group, and an inorganic powder containing a polyvalent metal or a compound thereof, Further, a compound having an amide structure is contained. The amide site in the compound having an amide structure has a remarkably strong binding force with a polyvalent metal ion as compared with the acidic functional group (particularly, a carboxyl group) of the organic binder, and thus eluted in the solution portion of the paste composition. A polyvalent metal ion and a compound having an amide structure react first to prevent gelation by preventing ionic crosslinking between the anion of the organic polymer compound and the polyvalent metal ion and formation of a three-dimensional network thereof. Is what you do. In order to enable patterning by the photolithography technique, it is preferable to further include a photosensitive organic component. |
