An object of the present invention is to provide an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition and a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, which adhesiveness increases with time and adheres firmly. Further, an adhesive optical film for attaching a glass substrate on which an adhesive layer of the adhesive is laminated, and the adhesive optical film is disposed on the glass substrate surface of an image display device such as a liquid crystal display via the adhesive layer. It is an object of the present invention to provide an image display device. A pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprising a polymer comprising at least a monomer mixture mainly containing an alkyl (meth) acrylate and a siloxane group-containing monomer represented by the following general formula (1).
