An insulating adhesive film for a semiconductor, comprising a phenoxy resin having a fluorene skeleton, an epoxy resin, a microencapsulated imidazole derivative epoxy compound, and a filler as essential components, and a bump end face using the adhesive film. A semiconductor device manufactured by a manufacturing method including a step of exposing the resin from the adhesive film.
