abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a substance immobilizing carrier having a PEG linker that realizes high detection sensitivity in ELISA. The present invention is a substance immobilization carrier for use in an immunoassay, comprising at least a support and a hydrophilic polymer layer disposed on the surface of the support, wherein the hydrophilic polymer layer A functional group linked to the polyethylene glycol chain and capable of forming a covalent bond with an immobilized substance that is an antigen or an antibody that binds to a target substance or an immobilized substance that is a target substance.
