| abstract | The present invention relates to peptides which have the same or similar function as the function of natural semaphorin 3A, but also have excellent skin permeability according to their small size and their uses. The peptide of the present invention not only induces mast cell-specific apoptosis but also inhibits mast cell activity (for example, decreases secretion amount of histamine and inhibits beta-hexosaminidase activity) do. In addition, the peptides of the present invention inhibit FcεRI signaling, more specifically complex formation of the FcεRI receptor, which results in the phosphorylation inhibition of ERK1 / 2, p38 or Lyn. Therefore, the excellent activity and stability of the peptide of the present invention can be very usefully applied to medicines, quasi-drugs, and cosmetics. |
