abstract |
The present invention relates to 1 to 99 parts by weight of a salt of the piperazine and an inorganic phosphorus compound selected from piperazine phosphate, piperazine pyrophosphate, piperazine polyphosphate or two or more compounds of such piperazine salts, and phosphoric acid. A salt of melamine and an inorganic phosphorus compound selected from melamine, melamine pyrophosphate, melamine polyphosphate or a mixture of two or more such melamine salts {(B) component} 99 to 1 part by weight {a total of (A) component and (B) component Is 0.01 to 20 parts by weight of a silicone oil {(D) component having a viscosity of 5000 mm 2 / s or less in a flame retardant composition composed of 100 parts by weight} and 0 to 50 parts by weight of arbitrary components {(C) component}. As a flame retardant composition obtained by addition treatment, a flame retardant which is not only excellent in flame retardancy but also excellent in improving the powder characteristics and hygroscopicity, and having a small change in electrical resistance when added to the resin is provided. |
