The invention concerns a medicinal combination, for treating diabetes, in particular type 2 diabetes, associating a biguanine, in particular a N-dimethylbiguanine, as first medicine, and a carrier agent for said biguanine, as second medicine, said combination comprising: a) a therapeutically active amount of biguanine; b) and an amount of the carrier agent, predetermined to potentiate the therapeutic activity of the biguanine as per (a). |
