When I go to espn.com it automatically takes me to espn.nl. which is Netherlands version. Translating to English still leaves me with Dutch version

Whenever I open a new tab in Firefox, an unexpected image appears instead of my wallpaper or the default background. I've checked my settings but can't figure out what's causing this. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and how can I fix it? Any help would be appreciated!

Firefox 131.0.3 (64-bit) on Windows Windows 10 Pro 22H2

Picking a link from the Firefox jump list opens a new tab for the link correctly. However, it always used to be that the pertinent window was then brought to the front. That no longer happens. (For about the last two years - I am only now looking for a solution.)

All other programs, including all my other browsers, do come to the front as expected.

Is the correct behavior to be configured somewhere in Firefox or Windows? All help welcome!

Ever since I upgraded my system to ubuntu v24.04 / firefox v131.0(64-bit) when I drag an image to save it on desktop or file manager, the file created is always named "Dropped Image.png", no matter what the source is on the web page.

Has anyone seen this before? Is is Mozilla setting? Or perhaps ubuntu....

I have a brand new setup of ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS with Mozilla Firefox 131.0.3

If I log in to the normal version of ubuntu ( Wayland display server) , all is well.

If I log in to 'ubuntu on xorg' the keyboard does not work on firefox ( If type anywhere on firefox, nothing appears) . Works everywhere else.

I have tried launching firefox in safe mode, still no keyboard function. Also, if I turn on the accessible screen keyboard, that does not work with firefox either.

Any advice appreciated

The screenshot shows the error message shown when trying to upload a file to a release on GitHub. File size and file format are supported, because I can do it with no issue on Chrome.

And I can't upload image files to attach to the comments, the comment box will show Uploading real quick then disappears like nothing ever happened.

I as diligently as possible followed the instructions there as well as in the embedded link to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/about-config-editor-firefox

However, there is no change to the width of the vertical scroll bar. Perhaps the protocol has changed since the previous post? Attached are the current settings. Is a width of 20 not a large enough difference to be visible? If any settings are incorrect to achieve the desired result please let me know. Very much appreciated.

I can't play videos on any platform. it just gets stuck buffering. Steps I've already tried: -uninstall extensions -clear cache -restart browser -restart computer -uninstall & reinstall firefox current ver. -uninstall & reinstall previous ver.
