This is the sort of book where you know you are getting to the end and you are afraid to turn the page to find that it is over. It's the sort of book that I wanted to start reading all over again when I was finished. The sort of book you wish you could discover again for the first time.
I can't believe how long it took me to read this and I really can't wait to read it again and I know that I will. It was just that good and it just made me feel that good.
This is a definite win on my search for a Southern, soapy, dysfunctional family saga.

I couldn't put this down and when I did, in bed, I picked it back up, twice until the grown up in my said GO TO BED!
This was all kinds of wrong in all the very best ways and I want more stories just like this one.
I can't even with some of what went down in this story. OH MY GOD! But really, this just hit me in the exact right spot and I loved it from the beginning to the end....more

But it was fabulous.
I loved every single second of it.
I'm reliving my youth and reading the authors I fell in love with before I probably even understood what they were writing (thanks to Mom's bookshelf) and this book somehow showed up on my feed out of nowhere and I just had to read it.
I loved it.
It's funny because it is not how I like my romances these days, like I said, it was crude and I guess it was real and honestly, there were no promises what so EVER and I couldn't get enough of it.

Ten days of sunshine. I don't know how else to explain this story. It just makes me feel so good every time I read it.
The end really bugged me this time around though. 948 pages of life and the end wraps in 8 pages. No college, no move, no nothing. Stiles turns 18. There are a few sentences that seem to take place after graduation and then 8 pages of the end. I don't think it hit me as hard in my previous reads but this time hurt.
Where are you billtheradish? Where are you?
Oh, I read the Kitchen Sink today, 10/04/21 but I finished Indelible Marks on the 3rd so that is how I'm marking it. ------- **Re-Read**
Just finished. That was, again, 959 pages (says my Kindle) and eight days of the best and all the ★'s. A day in the life story that goes on and on and on and on and I can't get enough!

I was in one of those can't find anything to read moods and this popped into my head. Seriously, that is all it took. Like magic. Once I thought it I had to do it. I knew it was long, I knew it would suck me in and I realized, I could not wait.

I’ll never get enough of Sterek. I will never tire of reading about them. I'll forever be infatuated with this story and will forever wish and beg if I could, that this Author would come back and write us more and more and more and MORE.

Originally read 11/09/14 - 11/11/14...and then it was deleted.
Still 5 Stars - Still magic - Still impossible to put down.
Here is the original review from 2014...
Ok, down there I promised three days. It didn't happen. But, I did promise no words and just hot as fuck pics. Goodreads style of course. I do have a few words though. So...
Ok, so my Mom doesn't grasp shipping or fan-fiction or you know, any of this honestly. What she does grasp is me finding like minded people in my life even if they live in my computer, or on my phone or even my tablet. She gets this and finds it the most amazing gift. I have to agree with her - (LOVE YOU PACK!). So, she was very interested in this 800+ page read that she totally didn't get, but wanted to know how it was going and how we were all coming along. To make a crazy long story short...
I explained this book to my Mom like taking two of your favorite characters. Whether they were book characters or movies or TV and getting to spend days with them. The feeling when whatever medium it is ends and your imagination keeps the story going, yeah this is what this book did. This book was pages and pages and word after word, some unnecessary, some too much and some just out of place, but pages and words about two of my favorite people, um, characters ever. How can that be wrong and not be amazing? It can't. So, I'll take chopping veggies and herbs and colorful descriptions of Derek's thoughts and sleeping dates and really, no sex and anything else thrown at me to get my boys day by day by day.
So yeah, if you are as deeply invested in Stiles and Derek in a way you feel you need an intervention but would kill anyone who tried it, you should read this.
Read.
Oh yeah. Pics. Remember, these are for my Pack (and you if you are reading this) and do not have anything to do with the story.
