Wow, this was a fantastic read! It bothers me that no matter how much I try that I can't fully explain how much I enjoyed this book and how much I want others to give this book a shot. I've spent days trying to figure out how best to write this review but I have to settle with what I have. This is my second read a work by Riley Sager, and I wasn’t sure what to fully expect. I REALLY liked the first book I read (it was “Lock Every Door”) but felt there was some minor problems to keep it from being a perfect read for me. “The Last Time I Lied” was a perfect read especially for it being so close to Halloween. It had so many twists with the story. I was able to guess some of the plot points but was still surprised by how it all came together. My expectations for Riley Sager books has been set to high from now on.
