Hoot frequents the game hut, to the point where he enters a serious losing streak and incurs a giant debt. If the player tries to help him, the Debt's a Hoot quest starts, which involves playing and winning Stop 'Em at the hut to remove Hoot's debt. Winning the minigame lets the player keep it.
