Delete for the reasons I gave at Talk:Raquel “Ra” Brown. The article itself essentially says that she's a local fixture, and I didn't find anything elsewhere that elevates her beyond that or that goes beyond the same sort of routine notices as the sources cited in the article. —Largo Plazo (talk) 19:40, 28 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
