Method of manufacturing precursors for orientational stretching of film filaments from ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene includes: selection of UHMWPE reactor powder by morphological properties; compaction of UHMWPE reactor powder at room temperature with a degree of compression deformation – ratio of sample thicknesses before and after completion of compaction Θ = S/S= 2.0–2.2; monolitization of compacted UHMWPE reactor powders at temperature of 130–135 °C.EFFECT: inventive method is characterized by high processability and does not require technologically complex and energy-consuming devices for its implementation.1 cl, 20 dwg
