Assistant Professor
I have been trained in pathogen biology, clinical medicine, immunology, biochemistry, and molecular biology. As a PhD student and research scientist at the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention and Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, I have worked on the molecular mechanisms of key pathogen and host interactions.
At North Carolina Central University and currently at Coriell Institute, I continue to expand my research on molecular mechanisms of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) and develop preventive and therapeutic strategies for ESCC.
