Associate Director, Laboratory Production

I bring more than 17 years of experience to Coriell's production team. After graduating from Rowan University with a B.S. in Biology, I started my career in the Coriell Cell Culture Laboratory, where I gained comprehensive knowledge of the laboratory processes, and helped to refine, develop and document protocols for the establishment and maintenance of cell lines, and optimized growth conditions to provide the best possible materials for our customers.  

My extensive experience managing one of the largest production teams at Coriell has provided valuable proficiency at identifying new technologies in the biobanking field, then designing, and overseeing validation studies for them, so they can be efficiently implemented into the production workflow for use in a high-throughput environment.

Additionally, I serves as an internal auditor within our quality assurance department, where I primarily perform audits of our QA processes to help ensure that the organization remains compliant to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. My combined experience in quality and production are instrumental in creating high quality products in an efficient manner, while keeping up with current standards in biobanking.
